Job Responsibilities
Hands on cooking and production for all types and sizes of parties
Expediting Pack Out of food for each event with event staff
Ordering and Sourcing
Management of Prep staff and Porters

Requirements/Qualifications
Interest in seasonal sustainable cuisine and menu development
Knowledge of Local Sourcing
5 years of off premise catering experience
Understanding of ChefTec, Outlook and Excel programs
Knowledge of Spanish helpful

Reports to the Chef
Salary relative to experience
