NYC: Jimmy’s No. 43 seeks Sous Chef

East Village gastropub Jimmy’s No. 43 is looking for a hands-on sous chef for a mix of prep and line work. We are a Good Beer Seal Bar, and have a Slow Food Snail of Approval.  Ideal candidate would be passionate about the local food movement and working with seasonal ingredients.  Must be flexible, a team player, and have a sense of humor.
