Farmer must have organic farming experience, be generally handy for maintenance, be highly organized, and can work with a cistern, well and rain-collected water.
The farm currently has no animals but there is the possibility to have chickens, goats and pigs if sthe farmer wishes to start this aspect of the farm.
Must be capable of managing compost from the farm as well as the restaurant. Harvest and delivery daily to the restaurant, coordination with cooks for harvest and weekly meetings with restaurant staff to plan the upcoming week/menu.
Candidate must love organic farming, be an enthusiastic self-starter, and be cost conscious. The farmer must be willing to manage an assistant and come with great references.
Salary for the season is available and housing can be sourced if necessary.
