Oregon: Farm to Fork Events seeks Front and Back of House Staff for Summer Farm Dinner Series

In addition to a unique opportunity to interact with some of Oregon’s most talented farmers, winemakers and food artisans, all Farm Dinner positions are paid.

About Farm to Fork Events:
Farm to Fork Events is Oregon’s first statewide Farm Dinner Series. Each summer, the Farm to Fork Crew travels on Oregon’s backroads, and sets up elegant yet rustic farm-to-table events on family farms throughout the state. Each event is a seasonal feast, local food fundraiser, and community celebration rolled into one. These multi-course dinners are prepared by local celebrity chefs utilizing produce or meats sourced from the host farm itself, and events are designed to reconnect guests to the source of their food, to build upon the momentum of the sustainable food movement in Oregon, and to celebrate the talented farmers, food artisans and winemakers who contribute to our growing local food communities. This summer, Farm to Fork Events is featuring 12 farm dinners, on 12 family farms, featuring 12 local wineries. Each dinner entertains 120 guests. More info at www.farmtoforkevents.com

Event Dates:
Willamette Valley Dates: July 16, August 13, August 20, September 17
Hood River Valley Dates: September 24
Southern Oregon Dates: June 11, June 25, July 23, July 30, August 6, October 1, October 8

Front-of-House Server, Willamette Valley & Hood River Valley:

  • Paid Position w/ perks
  • Serving Experience is preferred
  • Strong Interest in Local & Sustainable Food Movements is preferred
  • Availability on Saturdays during summer is required
  • Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs is required
  • Farm Dinner experience is a plus

Front-of-House Server, Applegate Valley & Rogue Valley:

  • Paid Position w/ perks
  • Serving Experience is preferred
  • Strong Interest in Local & Sustainable Food Movements is preferred
  • Availability on Saturdays during summer is required
  • Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs is required
  • Farm Dinner experience is a plus

Back-of-House Staff, Willamette Valley & Hood River Valley:

  • Paid Position w/ perks
  • Strong Interest in Local & Sustainable Food Movements is preferred
  • Availability on Saturdays during summer is required
  • Ability to regularly lift 40lbs is required
  • Farm Dinner experience is a plus

Back-of-House Staff, Applegate Valley & Rogue Valley:

  • Paid Position w/ perks

  • Availability on Saturdays during summer is required
  • Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs is required
