Catering and Event Business in Chelsea seeks Experienced Event Producer/Planner
We are a regionally-focused company producing high-end seasonal cuisine for private, corporate and non-profit events.
Design and sell event proposals.
Plan and produce events ranging from 25 to 1,000 guests, implementing and overseeing all elements, including menu development, event design, staffing and rental equipment. Manage client relationships.
At least 5 years experience in off-site catering and event planning
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for regional, seasonal cuisine
Strong understanding of production and off-premise logistics
Complete fluency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, self-starter able to work as part of a team, as well as independently
CAD and/or Room Viewer knowledge a plus
