We are looking for an individual with a passion for food to assist the catering director. Strong verbal and communication skills and a professional manner are critical as the assistant will be the liason to clients while the director is out of the office at meetings or working on larger projects. This will provide a hands on opportunity for the assistant to fully immerse him/herself into the logistical aspects of running a catering company. Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail are crucial as there are multiple jobs taking place at the same time in an extremely fast paced environment. Someone who takes initiative, can think on their own and “figure things out”, and is a self-starter is prefered. This is a part-time position hours TBD but between Monday through Friday.
