Local organic restaurant startup seeks executive manager/chef.

Located in historic Stanford, KY and surrounded by farms from which to source produce, the proposed site is well positioned to become an agricultural tourism destination.  The city is involved in extensive restoration and plans to launch itself as a rural destination in Kentucky.  Only 45 minutes from Lexington, KY (Conferences, University of Kentucky, Keeneland Race Track) and 90 minutes away from Louisville, KY (Conferences, University of Louisville, International Airport, Churchill Downs), Stanford is in a prime location to draw Agricultural Tourism.

In this process we are developing an organic, local restaurant in downtown Stanford.  We are seeking a qualified, experienced restaurant Manager/Chef to spearhead development and operation.  The Manager will receive an equity stake in the venture, must have good credit.  A desire for rural, small town life and a values-oriented culture is a must.  The Restaurant will be closed on Sundays. Housing is available.
