Bon Me is a proud winner of the City of Boston’s Food Truck Challenge, and we serve gourmet inspired Vietnamese food at City Hall Plaza on weekdays and at the SOWA market on weekends. Our Executive Chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America and top restaurants in NYC and Boston, and she has developed an innovative menu that highlights bright, fresh, local, and seasonal flavors.
We have only been open since April, but already we’ve received a ton of great press including articles in the Globe, Phoenix, and Edible Boston (see our website for links). We are seeking motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented staff to help our business grow. The positions will be part-time, but we have a lot of flexibility regarding hours and responsibilities for strong team-members who want to grow with our company. Restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Applicants should be excited to work outdoors (food trucks are pretty exposed to the elements) and be a team player. The work will entail sandwich, rice bowl, and noodle bowl assembly; pouring homemade sodas and teas; and potentially extensive customer interaction.
