The Happy Kitchen/La Cocina Alegre™ (THK) is a program of Sustainable Food Center that provides individuals and institutions with the resources and knowledge to make lasting dietary and behavioral changes. The documentary film, FRESH, is looking for one intern in each of the following cities:  New York, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Austin, Boulder/Denver, Minneapolis and Chicago to publicize and coordinate FRESH Restaurant Week, which will coincide with the theatrical release of FRESH in each of these cities (from April through June).
