Reporting to the Executive Director, the Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) Director of Development and Systems will help guide the organization in both donor development as well as create organizational systems and processes which support the continued growth of MOSES. This position will spearhead fundraising development efforts to raise awareness at a regional and national level about MOSES’ mission and services. This position will also assess, design and implement organizational systems to optimize our people, strategy, structure, processes and culture.
